Tally Hall has been instructing first aid and CPR/AED since 1980. He is expecting to retire from the City of Renton Fire Department in 2012 where he has worked for 36 years and currently serves as a Battalion Chief Safety Officer.
Tally is living proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks when he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management at the ripe old age of 54. Tally’s wife Gail also teaches and they are proud parents of 4 children with 3 grand kids with another expected on the summer of 2011.
“I think the most important part of instructing the various courses, is to make the curriculum applicable for the audience. They must be able to provide the service in a simple, systematic fashion in order to rapidly treat the patient and transfer care to the next level of emergency responder.”
Tally enjoys bicycling, snow skiing and being a Grandpa.
